Welcome to Lucky Dog Pet Lodge!

Thank you for choosing Lucky Dog Pet Lodge for you and your pup! We can’t wait to meet you and your dog for your first day. Becoming a new member is exciting and we want to make sure you and your dog have the best experience possible.

How to Enroll Your Dog in Our Doggy Daycare

1. Call us at (952) 767-2040 or send an email to info@luckydogpetlodge.com to schedule a visit.
2. Complete our new dog enrollment form. This is our way of getting to know a little bit more about you and your dog. The form will ask for your contact information, along with a profile of your pet and veterinary information. Please complete it before your visit.
3. Submit your dog’s vaccination records. Your dog must be up to date on Rabies, Bordetella and distemper vaccines. If they are under 16 weeks of age, rabies is not required.  They will need to be either spayed or neutered if they are over the age of 6 months. You can email or fax your dog’s records to (952) 767-2041. If you do not have a copy, please contact your vet and have them send us a copy.

What Expect on Your Dog’s First Day

1. Please bring your pup in on a fixed length leash (non-retractable) and a quick release collar (not the buckle type).
2. Upon entering our lobby, you will be greeted by one or more of our customer service representatives. We will do our best to get a picture of your dog. Once you are ready, we will bring your dog into one of our “wait gates” where a manager or senior staff member will greet them.
3. Then they will get your dog introduced to a few of our regular guests who are of similar size and temperament. Once they appear to be at ease, we will then bring them into one of our large play spaces to meet more of our Lucky Dogs!
4. We do ask that your dog is with us for at least 3 hours, so they have a chance to truly experience what it’s like to be a Lucky Dog!
5. Once you leave our lobby, you can then watch your pup on our webcams to see them in action! You can also call or email us to get an update if you care to.  If you don’t hear from us, that means everything is going great!
6. At pick up, we will have a report card for you with all of the day’s events for your Lucky Dog! You can also call or email us if you care to get live updates about your dog’s first day!
